Makis is an Engineer with postgraduate education and extensive leadership experience in logistics and supply chain transformation. He has built his expertise across 3PL environments, commercial and industrial operations, and complex network redesign initiatives.
He operates where operational strategy meets real-world execution — from distribution network redesign and logistics outsourcing models to WMS-enabled process optimization and measurable cost reduction.
His core strength is decoding what a business truly needs operationally — translating it into clear process logic that not only works on the floor but is structured to be understood, supported and scaled by the systems around it.

Isidoros is an Engineer with postgraduate education, specializing in WMS, warehouse automation and supply chain systems. He has led and supported demanding projects across Greece and internationally — covering process analysis, technical design, system deployment and operational support.
His core strength is translating operational complexity into structured system logic — ensuring what gets deployed actually reflects how the business needs to run.
With a background in consulting, project leadership and systems-focused roles, he brings structured methodology, technical precision and disciplined execution — ensuring solutions are scalable, operationally viable and performance-driven.
